Here’s when the fun starts! From that first call, you’re on your way to building something beautiful. We will talk through everything from ‘must haves’ to those ‘wish list’ items so we can capture your vision for your new home.

We will help you figure out the budget estimates for your build, offer creative suggestions to try and help you stay on budget without compromising the beauty of your home.

And, since we all know things can change through the design and construction phases, we will regularly update budgets and keep you informed as we progress through the build.

We work with you to identify the style and preliminary design elements for your home, including reviewing the layout, identifying elements you want to see and getting a basic agreement on the concepts, so we’ve got a solid foundation to build the house plans.

Once we’ve nailed down the house concepts, we send them over to the experts in architectural design so you can finalize the details and approve the plans. Completed plans get a next-level review by an engineer before permits are submitted.

Time to get our hands dirty! There are many different phases to a build so once the project is underway, there will be a number of meetings and site visits scheduled during this time so we can review the fine details and show you elements of your home as they come together. Throughout the build phases we will also provide you with regular updates on how everything is progressing.

This is the stage where we put all the final touches in to complete the project and you start to see your vision made real. Your house might look close to finished but details matter (and take time). We want to make sure everything reaches the EverBuilt Standard, before we turn over the keys!

Welcome Home! Once all the construction is done, we will walk through your new home together. We’ll use this visit to show you where things are and how your new equipment works. We’ll go over suggested maintenance and take the time to answer questions. And, while we’ve taken great pains to make sure everything meets EverBuilt Standards, if we’ve missed anything, we want to know right away so your home is ready for move in day.

Just because the project is complete doesn’t mean our job is done. We’re here to answer questions that might come up after you’ve moved in. We’re just a phone call away but we will also reach out regularly after you’ve settled in.

Another important step in our process is our pre-scheduled, after move-in visits (planned within the first few months and another one before your one-year anniversary). These give us a chance to do any new touch ups, answer any more questions, or give you a refresher on some of your home’s equipment or maintenance needs. That’s not all – you get even more peace of mind knowing your home is covered by the Tarion New Home Warranty.
